Solved iPhone app not pushing

    I have a number of users who cannot receive calls unless the app is open and on screen. The push feature did work at one point and works fine on android.

    So what changed iOS or the app?

    This is critical for some user for it to be working. Please help!

    I assume it's already enabled but doesn't hurt to check: Do you have "Enable PUSH for smartphones" turned on, in the Phone Provisioning page of the extension?

    I do not see any options for push in the Provisioning section of the extension in the console.

    Just above that section, drop down the "Your phones" tab and select 3CX Client. The Enable PUSH for smartphones will appear at the bottom now.

    Hi yes push is enabled, is there anything on the iphone that has to be done like the andorid app?

    Please check that the latest IOS certificate is downloaded from the updates section of the management console and if not please download it. Once you do please send new welcome emails to the clients and reprovision the devices
