Just noticed to day that while on a 3CX call on my iPhone app that when another call comes in on the cellular line the audio cuts out on the 3CX call and then terminates. That is a "big" problem for clients that rely on their cell phones for out of the office calls. Is there a way to prioritize the calls or ring the cellular line in the background as a call waiting?

    Hi
Unlike Android OS, iOS doesn't allow applications to take control over incoming cellular calls.
Moreover, in iOS the device's Phone application has the highest priority - on an incoming call, it automatically comes to foreground (sending the current running application to the background) and takes the soundcard.

Optimistically, integrating the callkit API into the 3CX iPhone client should help this...
