Iphone App

    We have just upgraded from V10 to V15 & i'm trying to setup the IOS app.

    I have the following ports open on the hardware firewall. 5061, 5090 & 9000-9500

    I have 5060 open but this is locked down to our voip providers media servers IP range.

    I have 3cx tunnel enabled on the app. I can make calls and i can hear the other person. They just can't hear me. I think its a UDP problem but i'm not sure.

    If 5060 is "locked down" then the providers router is setup for VoIP and needs to be changed to be in bridge mode only and then a router you have total control over would be next in line.
