    Hi,

I want to Implement QoS for 3CX VoIP on Debian Linux as described here:
    https://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/qos-linux/

    I use this command:
    iptables -t mangle -A OUTPUT -p udp -j DSCP --set-dscp 56
    but get this message:
    iptables v1.4.21: unknown option “-j”

Try ‘iptables -h’ or ‘iptables –help’ for more information.

    What am I doing wrong?

Can somebody please help me to solve this?

    Hello @complex1

Just tried now and it works on my machine and all i did was copy and paste it. Please check your syntax and try again as this should work.

    Hi YiannisH_3CX

    Thank you for the reply.
I had copy / paste the command line because it was the easiest way, so I didn’t know why I got the error message.
Now I tried it again by typing the command character by character, and it will accept it.

    Sorry for the noise.
