Lets say you need to terminate a call from the server. Is there a way to do this?
Restart "3CX PhoneSystem" service at your server.
If you will restart 3CX PhoneSystem, then you need to restart "3CX PhoneSystem Media Server" as well if there were active calls.
You may use CA to drop calls related to extension.
DR will drop calls after timeout.
Why do you need to drop those calls?
I had a situation where a call remained active even after the parties hung up. I think it had to do with one of them being on a wireless phone that was out of range of the base station and having dialed the 3cx pbx instead of an outside number by mistake. Anyhow, things happen and it would be good to have a way to take care of this without having to restart the entire server.
