Is this possible?

In my old PBX system, everytime a call went into a queue and was not answered for some reason, an empty voicemail was recieved. This helped us getting back to customers that didn't wait all the way on the queue and chose to hang up before.

I'm wondering, is this possible on the 3CX system? Or is there any alternative that can help us call customers that chose to hang up and not to leave any voicemail?

    Thank you,

    Nick

You can have a queue, after a certain amount of time, forward the call to an IVR with the option to go to a voicemail, or continue to hold, and then go back into the queue.

You can use the call reporter log to see which queue calls were not answered. Then get back to them.
