ISPTelecom + 3CX

    Hello,

    I am new-ish to 3CX and am having trouble with it.

    Setup:

    STATIC Public IP
    - Ports forwarded UDP
    - 5060 / 9000-9225
    - 10000-40000

    ISPTelecom requires IP Authentication (not username/password)

    I had the provider do a PCAP and it looks like 3CX isn't responding to the SIP INVITEs.

    Port forwarding ranges are not correct, search for document on the topic in 3CX site. However this should not be the issue. Analyze what's happening into the capture file, there could be many reasons. First correct the port ranges and run the firewall checker in 3CX.
