Issue when internet disconnected

    Hello,
    If server started while internet disconnected
    will not work
    Because system cannot reach STUN server

    So - do not start server without internet if Stun is required or restart services when internet is restored.

    Hello,
    And What if the power loss
    and internet is disconnected for any reason
    so the system should start for local lan lines and devices
    until internet being available and connected then starting wan lines
    this realy a bug and should solve to not disrupt the work

    You do not need STUN for internal calls. The system will work just fine if he internet is down for internal calls and even calls that use a PSTN gateway. Your logs indicate as much as all the services started. With the internet down, of course STUN will not be available, but this has no impact on internal calls as they are all behind the router.

    the system did not start, phones and pstn devices does not register on the server
    and this issue still in version 11

    I don't think your problem is related to the STUN server. sounds like you have some sort of issue with the computer that 3cx is residing on , something is preventing the services from starting properly

    What edition, free, demo, paid?
    What OS is the system running on?

    Also.

    In Settings > Advanced > Custom Parameters:

    Please search for a parameter called: DEFAULTLOCALIP and make sure that it's value is set to the IP of your network adapter on the PC 3CX Is installed on.

    Restart the services and try again.

    OS server 2003 R2 SP2 updated

    only one lan card (NIC) and default local ip set to it's ip

    Appears to me to be the problem, or at least one. This has to do with the IP settings or domain naming being used for your system. If you have a fixed IP, then STUN is normally not needed and more so in V11. This is why I indicated that STUN has really nothing to do with it. STUN servers and the internet go down all the time.

    I run V11 without STUN and the system comes up regardless of the internet connection. I do get the message about a failed registration attempt with the SIP provider if the internet is down, but I can still conduct internal calls and all just fine. When the internet does get restored, the system does register with my SIP agent and all is well.

    You might try and eliminate both internal and public IP references and re-enter just to be certain that somehow or another they did not get corrupted. Then restart the services and see. Failing that, do a forum/blog serach using the error from above and see what others hve run into. That is what I did for the suggestion I gave, but apparently it did not help and you can search just as easily as I can.
