Issue with Dynamics CRM integration

    Setup is:
    • 3CX Pro v14 - latest update
    • 3CX Softphone v14.0.49169
    • 3CX Plugins Manager (IFD mode)
      • Server: instancename.domain.hr
      • Port: 443
      • Username: adminusername
      • Password: adminpassword
      • Domain: IFDDomain
      • Use secure connection (https)
    • Microsot Dynamics CRM 2016 IFD
    • Lookup in contacts table
    • Open Contact: On Ring

    I am having following issue:
    When 3CX Plugins manager is configured (as above), after call is received from number which exist in contacts, 3CX is not opening CRM form.

    Where is the problem?

    In v14 you need to check the logs at "%AppData%\3CX CRM Integration\Logs". That will give you some pointers.
