Hello, Bit of an odd issue that I'm experiencing, any suggestions will be very much appreciated. Basically, I'm working remotely and every time I attempt to use my extension that I use with my desktop, my 3CX phone app will give me a forbidden message. Although, when I switch from that extension to different extension with the exact same settings, only the username, ID, and password are different, the app will work as intended. Any assistance is welcomed! Thanks.
