Solved Issue with Fanvil X5S and X6 models - Phonebook is not updating

    Hi guys,
    We have an issue Fanvil X5S and X6 models. The phonebook is not updating even after the re-provision.
    The only way is reset the phone and provision it again.

    We made the capture and found that after the re-provision the phone is not requesting the phonebook file at all.

    Does anyone saw this and how to fix it?

    Hi phonemaster,

    This is the know issue of Fanvil X5S and X6 models and it's already fixed in the new 1.2.5 FW version.
    Please update you phones and issue will be fixed.

    Upgraded - Tested - Fixed!!!

    Thanks Aram, FW update fixed my problem + fixed another small issue too ( the same phones were not working properly with Firefix)!!!!
