Issue with Forwarding to external

    I'm having an issue in our office that doesn't allow me to send calls to an external number.

    In the workflow that's attached, it explains the setup of extension 760... this has been tested, and verified to be working working in the morning unfortunately in the afternoon it stopped for some unknown reason.


    I have another extension (784) that I set up to forward all calls to external number, I receive a message that the number doesn't exist... this is the same case for all numbers. I know that the number can be reached from the office line.
