Issue with IVR Service

    Hello,

    I am new 3CX customer but happy with the product so far. I have a 3CXPSPRO on Version 10 with SP3 Build 21197 running on a Windows Server 2008 R2 in a VM environment.

    I have configured all of my extensions and provisioned my phones. Everything was working fine until last week when no one could access their voicemail. When I checked the System Services everything i working fine but he system extension status shows my special menu as non registered. I backed up the setting, uninstalled the 3CX server, rebooted, re installed using IIS with the backup and the same issue. I did the same process again but tried using the Abyss Server option but this did not solve it.

    I reviewed this with my reseller but he did not know what to do.

    Below is the log from the IVR. I see an error from the service "Error! Module '3CX.com.OSBinet'. Error ID 303."

    What does this error mean?

    Please restart 3CX PhoneSystem service and then check "Server Activity log" page in management console.
    Do you see any [EC......] messages in that log?
    Please wait some time after restart (around one minute) and then post startup log here (3CXPhoneSystem.log and 3CXPhoneSystem.trace.log)
