Solved Issue with Record Media Promtp file

    Ok to start off with I have restarted the IVR in dashboard services also the media service.

    I go to the Digital Receptionist and click record.
    I get the box for record media prompt file
    I change the name
    Click the Extension Number I want to record from
    Then get a big no, no over the ok button!
    Running v15 3cx
    Server 2012 r2

    Never mind think I figured out it does not like IE to do anything. Chrome works!
