issue with Reports

    Hello everyone

    have an issue with reports where 3cx is not properly recording calls as answered. therefore the extension reports are wrong and so is the call logs

    the below is an image of a report showing incoming calls to my extension 4+ hours of talking time is not being recorded. My extension does have multiple phones.

    Snom M9
    Snom 370 ver 8.7.3.19
    Android 3cx soft-phone

    I noticed this when i compared my talk time on the Snom 370 vs the 3cx report. When adding the Not Answered call ring Time to the Answer Call Talk Time i get real close to the Talk time recorded by the Snom 370.

    I'm guessing no one else has this issue or has done an audit verify the reports recorded time
