Hi,
I've just got a snom m9 phone running firmware 9.6.1-a
I've manually provisioned the phone and created the extention, however when i try to call from the snom m9 i get busy signal and when i try to call from another extension it goes straight to voice mail.
The extention in 3cx shows as registered and i can see the phone under "phones" assigned to correct extention.
I got 2 other test phones which are snom 710 and both are working fine and i can make calls between the 2 with no problems.
I would really appreaciate any help.
Looking at the server activity log i get mesages like this:
[CM504002]: Endpoint Extn:350: a contact is unregistered. Contact(s): [sip:[email protected]:2326 / 350]
