Issues with 3cx Softphone registering on IOS?

    Hi ALL
    Not sure if any of you have issues softphone clients registering on the IOS
    Iphones have issues not just with 3CX softphone client but with an app called IVMS4500 used for CCTV

    Heres what happens
    IF you register your App over Wifi it stops working when you move from the office over 3/4G
    BUT if you turn off wifi - setup the App on 3/4G then it will also work over wifi

    I have never had this issue with android users only IOS users

    Since you have this issue on both apps, to me it sounds like a device settings. Please try the following:

    - go to the device Settings/Cellular to see if Cellular Data is enabled; scroll down a bit and look for 3CX and IVMS4500 apps to be sure both are enabled too. Then go back to Settings.
    - scroll down until you will see the apps section, look again for 3CX and IVMS4500; tap each to opencits own settings then be sure the Cellular Data option is enabled also there.

    I never used the IVMS4500, but 3CX client it is designed to work on 3G (cellular data).
