Issues with calls being "Cancelled"

    We are having issues with users sporadically receiving a message that their calls were cancelled when making outbound calls. When checking the call logs on the 3CX server, we are showing these as "call not answered" despite the other party attempting to pick up the line. Any suggestions?

    Please check the following for further assistance:
    What is the version of your PBX, are you on the latest version of PBX; What type of phones are you using(manufacturer, model) and how are they provisioned? Are they using the latest firmware? Who is your provider? Is it one of the supported ones? When you say sporadically, how does this occur, meaning, it happens randomly on different phones from time to time, is it on the same phones from time to time, or does this occurs always and every time on the same phones; Have you configured your extensions' outbound rule correctly?
    Also, do you use any kind of extra hardware like headset?
