Issues with cutting in/out

    Hi All.
    I am a new user of 3CX and really like the features. Seriously thinking of purchasing the legit version. However I am having one small problem. when I talk to people via the 3cx system they can here the line cut out a little early at the end of the conversation and also cuts in a little late. I assume the sware has a sensitivity where it senses sound and opens a transmit / end
    command. Is anyone else having this issue. I am using the u711 codec as it is the free version.

    Some info

    sip phone = netcomm v85 ( i know this is not in the supported list but is it that critical)
    provider = Engin (sydney Voip provider as I live in Sydney Australia)
    DSL = 6500/950
    Qos is enabled on netgear DGFV338

    P.S. Is there a way (in free version) for phone users to dial in a (away from desk) mode so goes straight to voice mail
