I’m trying to convert/export my 3CX system log data for the period
01-Aug-2016 thru 15-Aug-2016 inclusive.

An intentional restart was performed on my 3CX server on 16-Aug-2016.

If I perform a Support => Generate Support Info sequence on 01-Sep-2016
and save the resulting .ZIP file, the Logs directory includes these files:

3CXPhoneSystem.bldef
3CXPhoneSystem-20160716-151132.blrec
3CXPhoneSystem-20160816-065330.blrec

If I use the 3CX Log Reader utility, I can “Export to Text” the data from the 16-Aug to time of “Generate”,
But I can’t access the prior data (which is likely in the 3CXPhoneSystem-20160716-151132.blrec file.)

I would speculate that the problem is that the 3CXPhoneSystem.bldef file has a reference to the 3CXPhoneSystem-20160816-065330.blrec
File, but not the other .blrec file. (That is consistent with my NOTEPAD searches inside the .bldef file For the .blrec extension

Is there some way to “export to text” a 3CX .blrec file that isn’t paired with a .bldef file?
Or generate a .bldef file to point at a specified .blrec file?
