Italian Eutelia template (to 3cx Admins)

    I've prepared and XML template to preconfigure italian provider Eutelia.
    if 3cx admins are interested I can send this file on email.

    Hi Domingo.

    You can open the folder
    \3CX PhoneSystem\Data\Http\templates\provider

    Here you can find the provider list in XML format
    copy one file to eutelia.xml (png image also)

    edit the file with eutelia standards...
    It's done..

    Salve, ho qualche problemino di configurazione con Neomedia ( che se non erro utilizza Eutelia ).

    Potreste gentilmente dirmi dove trovare il template xml per la configurazione di eutelia oppure la configurazione dettagliata?
    Sono riuscito a loggarmi con eutelia, ricevo chiamate in ingresso e effettuo chiamate in uscita, ma purtroppo dopo una decina di minuti la linea non è più raggiungibile in ingresso. Qualcuno conosce una soluzione a questo problema?

    I logged on eutelia voip i can receive incoming call only for ten minutes (more or less) after this time my line result diconnetcd. had anyone a solution to this problem??

    per aiutarti dovresti darci maggiori indicazioni altrimenti non è facile capire da dove derivi il tuo problema

    I tested with eutelia and messagenet.
    Both the providers after 10 minute of inactivity become "not connected". (the line is green but if i try to call anyting ring, anyting change to orange status, and anyting appens on the log)

    i already set to 120 :cry: but the problem is that I have never seen on the log a registration after the first one. So i think that the server don't re send the registration after the sheduled time!
    I can try to set 180.........

    SOMETIME I HAVE THIS MESSAGE ON THE LOG
    [CM506001]: STUN request to resolve SIP external IP:port mapping is sent to STUN server 64.69.76.23:3478 over Transport 192.168.0.119:5060

    what is it? it is ok?

    ATTENTION WITH EUTELIA

    - no B2BUA, so call eutelia-to-eutelia they exchange SDPs, so attention! Best compression from 3CX is GSM :shock:
    If you call an Eutelia VoIP customer, hope he got GSM in his gateway, else G.711 is used for poor quality results in normal ADSL lines
    G.729, the most used in the market in low profiles endpoints requires licenses :(

    - STUN is in round-robin DNS, don't put an IP... risky business!

    - if the call doesn't start even if the line registered, normally is due to bad calling number (classic error with Eutelia

    - don't put inbound firewall rules for RTP packets based on remote mediagateway IP. Eutelia change the mediagateway checking the called number. If you call Rome, a Cisco answers to you, if you call a number in a small country village, you can receive audio from a Asteriz!

    sul router hai aperto e indirizzato le porte 5060 e 5061? e RPT ecc. ecc.??

    are the port 5060 - 5061 open on your router/firewall?
