IVR allowing to choose an extension manually, is it possible

    Hi,

    it was possible on our old asterisk-based system to allow the caller to enter the extension manually and he was lead to this one.

    I would like to let the caller hear a musik and allow him / her to choose the extension needed.

    Is it possible with 3CX?

    By default when you hear IVR you can press the extension number and your call will be automatically transfered to that extension...
