IVR Control of # and * Keys

Control is provided for 0-9 and for invalid input or timeout, however there is no control for the # and * keys.

If either key is pressed during or after the IVR prompt, the prompt repeats.

This can result in an infinite loop instigated by robo callers as they can be programmed to issue the # key repeatedly causing the line to be held open indefinitely.

And all the people that used to use Nortel systems are used to using the # key for the company directory. We can use the * and # in the VAD, so not sure why it's not a standard option ...
