IVR direct dial to Bridged Extensions

    Hi,

    I have 2 servers and a requirement is to be able to dial the IVR and call any extension number on local or bridged server. It seems to work for local extensions that on on the server hosting the IVR, however if I call an extension that resides on an bridge server the IVR prompts with an:

    "Destination not available, Not registered or no routes available"

    The 2 bridged servers can call each other just not the IVR.

    How can I dial the bridged server from the IVR?

    Hello @Rory

    I am afraid that you can not call an extension on the far side of the bridge directly through an IVR. To achieve this you will need to create a dummy extension and set the remote's extension number as the dummy's mobile number.
    then navigate to forwarding rules and enable ring my mobile simultaneously. This way when you dial the dummy extension through the IVR it will dial the extension on the other side. Hope that makes sense.
