IVR Integration with Voxeo

    I have been trying to use this Voxeo IVR with 3CX and cannot get the extesions of Voxeo registered with 3CX. I checked with Voxeo folks but below was their response, I cant find where to change registration timeout for this extension (9001) in the 3CX PBX

    After looking through your logs what I have found s that your PBX setting the registration timeout to 25 and 26 seconds. I have pasted a snippet of the log below where you can see this happening.

    Upon registering the expiration time goes out at 26 seconds. This is way to low and the reason you keep re-registering. This should be set to at least an hour. This modification should be made in the config of the PBX.

    Note the expires 26 section in the registration request and the expires 25 in the 200 OK. this was modified by the PBX.
