IVR Options not working on incoming calls

    When someone calls my main number, the IVR picks up correctly, but it does not respond to any selections (ivr menu options, extensions, etc.) being entered by the caller. I have updated to the latest service pack, thinking that would help resolve my issue, but it did not. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I deleted the Digital Receptionist and recreated it. This fixed my issue.
