Hello, I am interested in using 3CX to power an IVR system, but I am having difficulty finding documentation on the IVR portion of the system. I know that there is a visual product for building IVR scripts, but I am interested in details concerning how to build one's own scripts and where to install them. Also, in my searching the forums I saw one post that indicated 3CX does not do text-to-speech, but I also ran across this web page http://www.3cx.com/phone-system/ivr.html which seems to indicate that it does do text-to-speech. I guess there may have been a new version released since the forum post. Any direction is appreciated.
