IVR prompt message is cut short after 10 sec (Resolved)

    I have a problem that occurs on calls from my PSTN (using a SPA3102). When the call connects to the IVR, the prompt plays for only about 10 seconds or less and then the prompt repeats. I found this entry in the IVR logs that seems to indicate the IVR detected a DTMF * being pressed. Needless to say, no * was pressed.

    Is this a bug or something to do with DTMF detection in the SPA3102?

    DTMF Process INFO: Yes
    DTMF Process AVT: Yes
    DTMF Tx Method: Auto
    DTMF Tx Mode: Strict
    DTMF Tx Strict Hold Off Time: 40

    I changed the SPA3102 DTMF Tx setting to "Inband+Info" and this seems to have corrected the issue.
