I had made a recording prior using 3cx console I specified a file name (no file extension though) then I entered 101 as my extension. I got the call and proceeded to record my message. I verified the message and hit pound to save. But when I go back to the console and hit the play button it says the file doesn't exist, also there is no message on an inbound call either.
What do I do?
