IVR some audio problem

    I have a linksys SPA-3102 connected to a external line and a phone and working with a 3cx server.

    when I receive on my PSTN line an incoming call from outside, the 3CX server answers and forwards the call to the IVR, the IVR start play audio message then the 3cx server forwards the call to the phone (for every select).

    while the caller is hearing the registration of the IVR, sometimes hears short silence and can't understand very well the message because loses some word.

    what can I do to fix this problem?
