IVR to database capture

    Is there a way to use the Digital reception to capture information from callers.

    Like have them key in telephone numbers and then I can go back and pull them up with a data reporting tool?

    Is that something that is built in or is it not possible?

    atm there is only a call log that you can use for database issues
