    We are looking to either complete an asterisk version upgrade, or look to move to 3CX.

    Within Asterisk we have a custom outage management system, that is based on the results from a SQL Database.

    For example, you are prompted to enter the region you are calling from, this then queries the database, and will return a list of known outages, along with restore times.

    as an example, the query may return

    Region 1,2:30pm
    Region 2,2:30pm
    Region 5,2:30pm
    Region 6,4:00pm

    With that response, we would play a generic intro to the caller, then play

    Region 1, Region 2 Region 5 with an expected restore time of 2:30pm
    Region 6 with an expected restore time of 4:00pm

    We then ask the caller if they require more information to press 0. We then record in to a SQL table if they hang up, or press 0, which transfers to an queue.

    Can this be achieved in 3CX, and is there any examples of the scripting to achieve it around?
