Jabra 930 Pro Speaker not working

    hi there

    We got a strange problem in the following environement:

    Windows 10 64bit (Fully Patched)
    3CX 15.0.57336.0
    3CX Client 15.0.1.204
    Jabra Direct 3.5.15371
    Jabra Firmware 2.23

    Everything is working except that you can't hear anything on the Jabra speaker. But if you make configuration changes, oder play sound the headset is working. Its really just that you can't hear the one on the end of the line.

    The headset however is working on my local desk with slightly different versions of the software components.

    Does anyone have an idea where to look at?

    Hello there,

    In the 3CX client under settings/ audio options what is specified under audio devices? Is the jabra headset selected there?
    also in windows playback devices do you see Jabra as a playback device?
