Jabra Pro 935 - answer with multifunction button not working

    Hi all,

    As per subject, I cannot get my Jabra Pro 935 to answer a call on my Windows softphone using the multifunction button.

    Instead of answering, it seems to open a new call and sound a dial tone, almost as if it has two channels running simultaenously.

    I have Jabra Direct installed, and updates are current.

    The headset works well in other respects, but this particular feature is not working.

    Any help appreciated.

    I'm afraid Jabra headsets are not supported by 3CX. Jabra however do have a list of compatibility with 3CX on their own site which you can check.
    As it seems to be a firmware/design issue from the manufacturer please contact their support for more help on this matter.
