Kaspersky blocks 3cxPhone V12

    Hello,

    we got the follwoing Problem:

    3cxPhone V12 (latest version) can't connect to 3cx Server when Kaspersky Endpoint Security is enabled (Workstation: KES 10.2.1.23, Win 8.1). We neet to disable KES and start 3cxPhone to get working. If we enable KES again, 3cxPhone keeps working.

    Is there any solutution for this problem? (We gave it to kaspersky support as well).

    I found a workaround:

    Add in Kaspersky Web-Antivirus the IP-Address of you 3cx Server to the "Trusted" like *IP_OF_YOUR_SERVER* and 3cxPhone will work.

    In setting tab, Antivirus protection, Web Anti-virus click on settings then add *your server ip* with * sign like *192.168.1.2*.
    and allow run 3cxphone in trust applications.
