KB4041693 Server 2012 R2 - Issues with 3CX Client Connection and remote console access

    Hi

    After the sever rebooted to completed the install, we had issues with the all remote client apps connecting to the web api and accessing the console from outside the LAN would cause a timeout.

    Tried a reinstall of the PBX but still the same though a slight improvement.

    Uninstalling KB4041693 resolved the issues immediately.

    Haven't had any other reports about this yet, but we can try to replicate. What version of 3CX is this happening on? V15.5 or V14? If it's V14, are you using IIS as the web server?

    False alarm sorry. The issue began happening again shortly after posting this.

    In that case, the usual suspect is AntiVirus software on the 3CX Server or DPI on the firewall.
