Hi,
Maybe you plan to consider to insert language selection for IVR Multilanguage solution ?
The big limitation in 3cx is that is impossible to select different language for 3CX promtset when we have a Multilanguage IVR. In case we have different messages for Italian and English customer we need to select what language the system have to play for example for queues, voicemail, and other system menus.
This is a very important feature for international companies.
