Latency and Paging

    I have 31 phones connected to a Linksys POE SRW248G4P switch. When all the 31 phones ring, some ring before others, paging doesnt work, and some phones stay ringing after the call is answered until you reboot the phone that keeps ringing. Any ideas? I think its the switch. I have the latest firmware installed on the switch and I am not using any of the management features of it.

    And also sometimes have one way audio where we can not hear the other party. Ran firewall test and everything passes without errors and no translation.

    You do not mention what causes all 31phones to ring, are they in a ring group? What makes and models of phones and how is the page accomplished? Further, what other traffic is present? While it might be the switch, there is not enough info and too many issues to draw any conclusions.

    Cisco 508G phones, Ring group, own switch
