LDAP Contacts Lookup v15

    Hi Guys,

    We're on v15 SP4 and i'm trying to get the Contacts to sync from the LDAP (AD Server).

    I've entered all the fields correctly but still there seems to be no matching activity even when i make / receive calls multiple times.

    How can i debug this issue ? How can i check whether or not the 3cx system is even trying to communicate with the AD server ?

    PS: I can import extensions from AD fine, so i know the ports / user accounts are all setup correctly.
