I turned on LDAP Directory Search in v12 and it works substantially as expected. If it matches an incoming call with a number in Active Directory, it adds the user to the Company Phone Book: ideal for contacts and employees from other branches. Some users, it adds multiple times. All fields are identical, they are just duplicated. The user is only in Active Directory once. One guy is in the phone book four times. You can't even delete the duplicate entries: the only option is to delete ALL LDAP entries. How can I stop the dupes? Failing that, how can I report a bug?
