Leave message while in queue

    Hello all

    I was expecting our callers to be able to leave a voice message by pressing "2" (on our IVR) while in the queue if they were fed up with waiting. However, this doesn't seem to work and I can't see anything I need to change.

    Can anyone make any suggestions please?

    I, myself, haven't seen that feature offered before, nor have I ever been waiting in a queue after being told that I even had an option to leave a message.

    Would that not be the * key (in the queue timeout configuration area).

    You would need to enable a queue introduction to let the caller know such an option is available, and what it will do if pressed.
