LIC_ERR_FAILED_CERIFICATE_CHECK

    We had a catastrophic server failure this week and had to rebuild several servers from scratch.
    Our 3CX PBX being one of them.

    The machine was rebuilt and v12.5 installed then the most recent backup restored.
    However when we try to activate the license we get 'Unexpected error: LIC_ERR_FAILED_CERIFICATE_CHECK’

    The machine is a virtual machine running on Hyper-V. The static public IP is the same and the fixed MAC address is the same as the original.

    HELP we are stuck with the free edition limits and need to get the full license activated again as soon as possible. What do we need to do to get the license activated ?
