Licence gone

    As 3cx end user
    We have a v14 version running with 16 standard licence valid until may 2018
    Since 2 days 3cx turn to free version 2 phone call because maintenance has expired
    Trying to enter the licence again we have a error message saying that we need to upgrade and buy new licence so the licence can’t be recorded

    What could be done, are the 3cx licensing server crazy?

    No support could be expected with v14 version, but it’s not a technical problem it’s a pure 3cx licensing problem, we bought a licence with maintenance etc. 3cx should supply the paid service
