Licence limit issues on v12.0.33517.465

    I am having the license limit problem on my 3cx installation (v12.0.33517.465).
    I have a license for 8 concurrent calls but get the license limit message even when i have just one or two concurrent calls.
    This is becoming embarrassing for our organisation as customers get this message as well and are complaining.
    I have looked through the logs and there are no additional calls
    Please advise on possible fix.

    Have any changes (hardware or otherwise) been done on the system. A change to the MAC address of the NIC card can result in a return to a DEMO licence situation.

    I assume that this was working, at what point did it begin limiting your calls? I assume that if you check the licence information, that it looks correct?
