Licence loading error?

How can I solve this problem

"Licence loading error"

I just used it one time and now it alwasy "OFFLINE"

is it because it is free

please help me

If you are talking about the lines in the server status page the 'License loading error' seems normal unless you have purchased one of the versions. I am not sure about your OFFLINE issue. Here are the first few lines I get in the server status page on my PBX and it is working.

Your real problem is UDP port 5060 ocupied by another application thus 3CX is not able to initiate properly! Licence loading error message is normal in free version and has no impact on finctionality.
 
you can solve this problem by set the sip port in general settings on "5070" and reboot - other way you have to find out what device use the "5060" (default) port.
