License acticvation error on a new computer

    Hey guys,
    We need to retire the computer that we installed 3CX system on originally. So, we installed a parallel copy on a new computer to make sure it works before taking the existing computer offline. When we try to activate the license key on the new computer, we get the following error...
    license.unexperrLicense Key Activation Failed License: 61 System:0
    We are running 3CX system version 10.0.22686.2297.

    Please note that our "upgrade insurance" has expired. Does that have anything to do with it?
    We don't want to upgrade, just reinstall the same version on a different computer.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I would contact the person you bought the license from. 3cx might have to clear your Mac Address from their license cache.

    Hi,

    please apply Service Pack 6 from the main 3CX Console (Not web console) then try to activate the licence again, this time it should work.

    SP6 needs to be applied to all new installs of V10 of 3CX before a licence can be activated.
