License activation problem

    Dear 3CX Team,

    After formatting our pbx server and then reinstalling the PBX I am not able to re-active our license as below error, any suggestion ?

    On Customer portal I have also released the license.

    your case is different, the key has non correct activation details. In this case re-activate the key with the end users license or contact our sales team.
