License Exceeded, The Caller's Perspective?

    Anyone know what callers hear when all licenses are in use? Does the line still ring? Can they get into an IVR? I've never bumped into this question before.

    You get a message saying 'License limit exceeded' or something to that effect. Not very professional. If you want to avoid that you can either purchased a higher limit license or set the trunk call limit lower than your license limit which should return a busy signal (depending on your provider).

    You can change the audio file for license limit for something nicer like: please try again...

    I downloaded an engaged tone file and I play that instead.
