License Key Activation Failed

    Our 3CX system was degraded from Small Business edition to FREE version, I tried to re-apply the license key you provided when we purchased this product , but I got an error message “License Key Activation Failed Licensce:18 System:12029" . Can someone instruct me how to reactive our license key .. I thinking of sending email 3cx support but we dont have a support and maintenance subscription.

    Hello all,
    Nevermind on this, i just supplied a wrong info when i reactivated, thats why it was failed to activate.
