License Limit is Reached

    We are receiving a License Limit is Reached error whenever we have more than 2 concurrent calls. We are running version 15.0.57336.0 on Windows Server 2012. Our license status shows Activated, see attached screen shots.

    Immediate help is appreciated.

    check the sim calls at the trunk.
